After delivery we can help with landscaping, furniture packages, rental and maintenance of your property. Much of our business is now Resale properties, however we only take onto our books, properties that are in good condition, good value for money, and we also check to make sure that there are no legal problems with the property. We are now preparing videos of many of our properties so that you can see more of the property and the surrounding area before a viewing is organised. We are also preparing videos of different areas of Southern Cyprus – as it is just as important to find the right area to purchase a property, as it is to find the right property.
