Ashley Estates is an independent business established by David Hannay in 2002. I have over 30 years experience in the property market. In the first 7 years of trading I specialised in buying and renovating over 100 properties. During this time, I retained some properties for my own portfolio. I also sold some properties to my solicitor, bank manager and accountant who all wanted to invest in the rental market. I continue to manage these properties. In 2008, as the property market slowed down, I quickly grew the management side of the business, now managing over 230 properties. This has been achieved without the need to advertise, as I come highly recommended by my current and previous landlords. Ashley Estates is not an Estate Agency and, therefore, all of our efforts are concentrated solely on property lettings. In 2014 I was awarded a level 3 in Residential Lettings and Property Management by the National Federation of Property Professionals. I am now a regulated letting agent, via the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), providing high standards and a professional, personal service to both landlord and tenant.
