Casas do Barlavento, Lda. is a Portuguese limited company, with the aim to mediate in buying, selling and letting properties in the Western Algarve.

Casas do Barlavento, Lda. is a Government Licensed Estate Agent (AMI-5486) and member of APEMIP (Association of Portuguese Real Estate Agents). By law AMI Licensed Agents must display their Licence number on their literature and advertising, so all clients can easily check their credentials for themselves before entering into a formal agreement.

We are based in the historical town of Lagos, close to the Land registry department (Conservatória do Registo Predial) and the local inland revenue department (Serviço de Finanças).
