CGT Lettings (formally Cheltenham Residential Lettings) started life in October 1987 and moved to 119 The Promenade in 1996 which is now the business flagship office. The Company was formed by David Baldwin who is a director along with Paula Baldwin. The centralised Accounts Department, is based on the top floor of the Cheltenham office.
