Our online pre-tenancy platform makes submitting your references and signing your contract easier than ever and you can also use it to set up your utilities in advance of your move in so that everything is up and running for you before you even step through the door. During your tenancy, our friendly and approachable residents team and our in-house maintenance and housekeeping team are on hand 7 days a week to help with any queries or issues that crop up in your property. We’re also member of the government approved consumer redress scheme PRS (the Property Redress Scheme) for your peace of mind.
