Our management team can boast over 100 years of combined practical experience in property management. Although we are a small company, our knowledge is wide ranging and we can therefore provide our clients and tenants with a one to one service unrivalled by the large local and national selling agents. The role of the company has changed over the years, but has always been centred around land and property, with a client base which has included some of the countries largest land and property owners. The mainstay of our business is residential lettings and during the last 150 years we have been one of Sheffield’s most prominent agents in this field, but we do also manage a number of small commercial properties. We have been carrying out servicing of flat developments since the mid nineteen sixties acting for freeholders, residents associations and management companies. We currently manage over sixty different sites varying in size from blocks of four to developments of over sixty flats and this is now a large part of our business. We are a relatively young, but experienced team that try to offer an efficient and friendly service to landlords, tenants, leaseholders and freeholders.
