Great Estates is a family run business.
Prior to this, we owned a portfolio of properties, that we let and managed in and around Bath Bristol & Swindon.
In 2021, we decided to open Great Estates and are now proud to have the town centre premises that we operate from, we now also cover Swindon Bath & Bristol.
We work with a host of reputable landlords in the town, and surrounding villages, to support them in every aspect of letting their properties, Great Estates can boast of 28 years experience in the property industry.
Great Estates offer a No Sale No Fee promise, once the property has been sold our commission fees are set at a fixed rate of 1% with No VAT.
Our fees for lettings start from only £595.00 and management fees are set at 9% P.C.M
