Established in 2001 we are a family-owned business specialising in Residential Lettings and Property Management. We are members of UKALA (UK Association of Letting Agents) and therefore have both Client Money Protection and membership of the Property Redress Scheme. We pride ourselves on our very efficient, hands-on approach. We offer only full management and each Director has detailed knowledge of all our rental properties and their occupants. As landlords ourselves we look after client properties and tenants as we would our own and the owners of the business are always available to speak to directly.

We understand that letting or renting a property, especially for the first time, can be a daunting experience. With this in mind our most important consideration is to provide the best possible service and advice to ensure that everything goes as smoothly and successfully as possible for both landlord and tenant. We are already compliant with the new Tenant Fees Act 2019.

Our aim is to match the right tenant to the property whilst also achieving the best rental amount we can. We try our best to keep void periods at a minimum but if they do arise we will arrange and supervise any maintenance work required free of charge.

We have been approved and authorised by UKALA (UK Association of Letting Agents), The Property Redress Scheme, Let Alliance (who provide our Client Money Protection) and TDS (Tenancy Deposit Solutions Ltd). We have Professional Indemnity Insurance.
