‘KWB Industrial was formed by the purchase, by KWB Holdings, of 50% of KGA Chartered Surveyors, which I established 8 years ago. During that time, I developed a rich industrial property portfolio that drew from key Midlands industrial areas, including Birmingham, Redditch, Walsall, Aldridge, the Black Country and locations throughout the West Midlands region.
