We are a well-established, independent, family-owned lettings agency, having served Landlords and Tenants within the North London and Central London areas for over 30 years. We are always in search of Landlords as we have a continual high demand of corporate tenants seeking quality rental accomodation in particular in the Woodside Park, North Finchley, Whetstone areas, St Johns Wood and Swiss Cottage areas.
Our aim is to ensure that the letting always proceeds smoothly for Tenants and is consequently mutually beneficial to our Landlords. We have built up a strong network of fully qualified, tried and trusted plumbers, electricians, carpenters, builders, solicitors, accountants and mortgage advisors to call upon when required, all of whom contribute to the high quality of service we offer.
Moreover, we have arranged and overseen many major building-works and thus have the expertise and experience to fully decorate and furnish a property speedily, efficiently and at a reasonable cost to the Landlord if so required.
