These may vary from two-bedroom cottages to six-bedroom farmhouses or prestigious country homes and are generally situated in rural locations throughout Suffolk and Essex. It includes advertising and promotion of the property, sourcing and checking potential tenants and takes away the administrative pressure from the landlords whilst seeking to maximise their income.
