Lilicroft Lettings established in 2002 manages private rental property in the Cambridge area responding to individual needs & landlord requirements. Our ethos is to offer high standard professional, competent services to landlords and tenants, managing properties we would be prepared to live in and which meet all local authority safety standards as well as being aesthetically presentable. Lilicroft Lettings has an inhouse maintenance service providing good response times for tenants and landlords. Properties are fully managed including rent collection, monthly statements, regular inspections and inventories including video inventories as standard in the management costs. We set high standards of care believing a property is a significant investment which should be professionally managed and maintained in line with current legislation and tenant expectation. We get excellent feedback from landlords and tenants. We are members of UKALA with Client Money Protection, CMP Certified and the Property Redress scheme and mydeposits for Deposit Protection.
