Currently operating in Liverpool, Merseyside and the surrounding areas, including Kensington, Kensington Fields, and Wavertree, our staff members have experience in lettings, account management, finance, sales and customer service and of course student lettings - everything needed to ensure your rent is paid by your tenants without the stress of finding the time to chase it when it's late. We believe that in order to keep your properties at the best standard possible, you as a landlord have to stay invested in the maintenance of your property, in some way or another. However, we can help you to organise this in a way that will not conflict with your private life - we can also pay any invoices required through your rental income. Our Head Office is currently located in Gateacre, however, we will be moving to Holt Road, Kensington - a short distance from the heart of student accommodation for Liverpool University, Edge Hill, Liverpool Hope and Liverpool John Moores Universities. This location also provides great links to the surrounding rented student properties.
