Welcome to Oxfordshire Lettings. We are a new letting and property management agency based in Headington, but with over 20 years of experience between the two directors. We are entirely focused on lettings, not sales, offering a personalised service to both landlords and tenants. We pride ourselves on our unique approach, where each property is overseen by one of our two directors, as we understand that being a great agent is about being present, with local knowledge and understanding the community. We are also members of Arla Propertymark and are an accredited agent under the Oxford City Council scheme. As a result of our accreditation with Oxford City Council we can help you achieve a five year HMO Licence or a Selective Licence at a discounted rate.

Oxfordshire Lettings was born from our own directors’ experiences of letting their own properties with typical high street estate agents. We learnt a lot from what worked well but mostly from where our needs as landlords were not met. Here we offer a service that works well for both landlords and tenants that we are proud of. Having grown by word of mouth, Oxfordshire Lettings now looks after a host of residential homes, HMO properties and individual rooms in shared houses, for many local landlords.
