The Partnership Paul Hatton BSc Paul Hatton started in property lettings in 1995 and moved on to portfolio acquisitons and portfolio and asset management in 2000. Paul specialises in portfolio development and has helped a large number of clients to increase the breadth of their portfolios whilst maximising their investments. Paul is a family man and enjoys windsurfing (when windy conditions allow - which is never enough according to Paul). Tristan Cogswell BSc MARLA Tristan Cogswell started his career in property management in 2004 and has developed his experience specialising in RTM and freehold management. He has helped to turn around troubled buildings and to develop major works timelines for his clients. Tristan has a broad experience in property lettings and sales as well as overseeing refurbishment programs across a wide spectrum of property-types.
