We are a family run business located next to St Peters metro station in Sunderland. We offer a range of different properties, from single rooms in shared houses to private flats and houses, some of which we offer all inclusive rental. We do not charge any booking, admin or agency fees when moving in. We have chinese speaking office staff to help with any communication boundaries or language difficulties. Finally, we hold an emergency telephone number for any emergencies that occur out of office hours.
