Watson Lettings are new to the market and looking to expand its portfolio of managed properties around West and South Yorkshire. Owned and run by myself, Rob Watson, I have extensive experience of the letting market having let and managed 100's of single lets and HMO's in the Yorkshire area and beyond.
I can also find tenants for landlords not wanting their properties managed - this option at least gives a landlord peace of mind that the paperwork side of a let is completed properly and gives them the confidence to manage their property with the understanding that if a tenant defaults on rent payments within the first 12 months, then the landlord can instigate eviction proceedings at no cost to them, as I fully reference the tenants, giving them an insurance policy for eviction as a result of non payment of rent.
I can also source properties for investors, this takes out the headache of not knowing if an area is the right place to buy, and I can arrange refurbishments where needed!
