W J Holder & Co are a well known family run Property Services Company. Wayne Holder set up the company in 1983 selling Life Assurance, Pensions and Mortgages before opening his first Estate Agency in Mountain Ash in 1985. In 1990 his wife Anne joined the company and set up Holder Property Services, a Property Managed Letting Agency. Today we have nearly 200 Rental properties under management. We cover the Aberdare, CF44, Mountain Ash, CF45, area's and parts of the Rhymney valley, NP22. We are located at 20 Cardiff Street, Aberdare, CF44 7DP, the office is open Monday to Friday from 9.30 to 5.30, appointments outside those hours can be arranged. In addition to Holder Property Services Ltd, W J Holder & Co offer a Tenant Finding service for those Landlords who want to manage their own property. We also offer a Landlord and other Debt Management, Property Recovery, Property Sourcing, a fee based Property Valuation service, and small Property Maintenance service.
