This flat was my live/work animation studio, in which the space was used for a variety of projects from stop-motion to traditional to digital animation projects. The area is nice and quiet which helped me maintain concentration during projects and the natural light was great for maintaining a vegetable garden on the patio. It's an usual setup, but the flat gave me a lot of creative freedom I wouldn't have had from renting and was an ideal first purchase for me.
