Proceed West along the M4 and change to the M5 at Bristol and drive all the way to the end of the M5 at exeter then go on the A30 to okehampton. (see alternative route below) From Okehampton go north on the A386 (towards bideford) and just before hatherleigh go left on the A3072 to holsworthy. From the centre of Holsworthy go on the road in the direction of bude and just at the edge of Holsworthy (opposite bude road garage) you turn right into trewyn road (sign posted chilsworthy). Drive for 0.7 of a mile and turn left into rydon lane (known locally as Gypsy Lane) and drive for another 0.7 of a mile and the land will be on your right hand side with vg stakes at the gate to welcome you. (Alternative route) Proceed West along the M4 and change to the M5 at Bristol and stay on M5 until exit 27 and take A373 to tiverton then change to A3072 towards bude until you come to holsworthy.
