Step inside:
A large porch offers space to set chairs, hang coats, remove shoes and get comfortable upon your return home, while the welcoming and spacious hall entrance gives space to enjoy displaying items and welcome guests.
Steps lead down from the hall entrance, into the lower hallway where you will find handy storage cupboards, and access to the substantial loft space above.

The main living area really is the crown and glory of this home, boasting an impressive 32 foot of space to spread out and enjoy making your own. Picture windows frame the green leafy surroundings outside perfectly, while patio doors grant an easy way to invite the outside in, or dine al fresco should you desire.

The current layout ends itself to a dining area, and a comfortable living area. The living area has a focal gas fire which has just been serviced, along with the annual boiler service!
A serving hatch adds a nod to the history of this wonderful 1960's bungalow, or simply an easy way to shout through your order from the kettle whilst in the comfort of your own chair!

There is a small hallway with shelving and stairs up into Bedroom 3, which could make a fantastic dining room, or space to work from home. Sited next to the integral garage, there is scope for further conversion / extensions (sstp) internally without having to add to the building footprint.

The kitchen, at the rear of the property, offers a view whilst doing the dishes. Put quite simply, one of the best kitchen views we have seen in some time, and the same goes for the handy utility area placed next door (see our floor plan for room measurements and layout)
The kitchen has a range of modern 'Mint' wood effect wall and base units, offering plenty of storage, adorned with enough wok surface space to cook up a storm. While large larder units help add to that all important storage space.
There is space for your cooker, and a breakfast bar, and a rear door offering access to the utility.

The utility has plumbing for your washing machine, and space for further appliances. An external door grants access to a small side patio, and the front and rear of the property can be accessed via the side passage.

The main bathroom has tiles underneath the carpet, and offers a good spacious retreat. There is a bath with shower over, Vanity unit with inset hand wash basin, and W.C tucked behind a decorative arch.

Bedroom one looks out to the front of the property, and comes in at over 19 foot! Offering a large space for the biggest bed you can find, along with plenty of space for your furnishings. There is a fitted bed surround offering storage space, and a handy en-suite wet room, consisting of vanity unit with inset sink, W.C and shower.

Bedroom two also looks out to the front garden, and again is a large double room, with fitted wardrobes and bed surround.

*We have found Parquet flooring under the carpets to the living room and hall entrance!*

Outside;
Step outside to the most glorious views and surroundings on your very own doorstep.

The rear garden is tiered with a gentle slope down to the bottom, where you will find a selection of mature fruit trees; A Cox's Apple, Ballerina Apple, Bramley Apple, Pear tree and Blackberry bush.
There is a small wildlife copse which attracts local wildlife such as birds and Monkjacks, and a range of mature shrubs, trees, bushes and flowering plants.
Throughout the garden there are several seating areas designed for you to follow the sun throughout the day, or find shade if you prefer. The sun deck at has the most tremendous skyline view, perfect for sun worshipers, whilst the lower patio area offers a spacious spot to place a patio set, perfect for dining al fresco and entertaining.
There is a also greenhouse and shed included in the sale.

To the front, The plot offers a sloped driveway with ample parking for several cars. The driveway leads down giving access to the garage, and five steps down to the lower front patio, which offers another great space for seating, and grants access to the entrance of the home.
There are gates to both sides of the property allowing you to walk fully around the plot, and an undercroft at the rear of the property offering a good storage solution.

What the vendor says:
When we moved here with our family over 20 years ago, we couldn't believe our luck. We have been very happy ever since. We have had the best parties here, and there is always room for extra guests. I remember my Son being able to enjoy the sun all day, in the mornings he sat on the terrace and in the afternoons he was amongst the fruit trees.
