Situation

The property is situated to the south of Cullens Hill, surrounded by countryside, and a short distance to the south east of the rural village of Elham, with its village shop and public house. The larger settlement of Folkstone is situated six miles to the south east and Ashford with its extensive range of day-to-day facilities and services is situated nine miles to the west.
