Vendor Comment

"We’ve had 25 wonderful years in this friendly and peaceful street. Originally we bought the house for the large, private rear garden; bathed in sunshine throughout the day. There is plenty of space for children to play and still retain a more formal garden area close to the house. We’ve enjoyed many gatherings on the sunny patio. We’ve made various improvements over the years (always to Building Regulations) to turn the house into a more spacious and light-filled home, with characterful cottage style windows and features such as open fireplaces and woodburning stove. The layout has worked well for us as a family of 4 (plus dog!), but equally there are so many options for extending both sideways and to the rear without compromising either parking or the garden. There are great walks from our doorstep to Bramshill Forest or to the beautiful ‘Bluebell Woods’. We are close to Charles Kingsley Primary School, great pubs and restaurants. Waitrose is about 5 minutes by car.

Agent Note

The property has gas central heating. Fibre Broadband has recently been added within Kingsley Road and is available for installation to the property.
The vendor has received notice that a neighbour is planning to make alterations to their property.
