The village has a church and public house and is home to the independent Pitsford School. The property is well-placed for access to a number of public schools including Stowe, Oakham, Uppingham, Oundle, Rugby and Wellingborough. Northampton is only five miles from Pitsford, but there is good local shopping in Kingsthorpe about three miles away. The pretty town of Market Harborough is a 30-minute drive to the north offering an hour's commute to London St Pancras.

How To Get There

From Northampton proceed in a northerly direction along the A508/Market Harborough Road passing the village of Boughton and onto Pitsford. Turn right where signposted to Pitsford and follow the road through the village along the High Street bearing right into Moulton Road. Proceed out of the village towards Moulton and after approximately 1 mile there is a sharp left hand bend. Proceed through this bend and after approximately 100 metres turn right into the driveway leading to Bunkers Hill. Continue through the five bar gate passing the barn and cottage on the left hand side and then turn left along the driveway leading into the Stable Yard.
