Very sad to be selling the house after 3 generations, but now too big.

The west -facing garden has the sun all afternoon and we’re woken up by the sunlight in the master bedroom in the morning.

Pulling back the curtains to a view of Priory Park, a stones throw away.

A generous loft space would make an ideal 5th bedroom if desired. No park entrance so very little footfall. Marvellously quiet.

The neighbours are wonderful and with only 8 houses on one side and as few as 3 on the other, we have a real sense of community. A street party is held annually. Whoever moves in is guaranteed a warm welcome.
