A highlight is the privacy offered by the garden, shielded by 6-foot fencing in certain areas and further enhanced by the natural seclusion provided by specimen trees and shrubs. An underground tank collects rainwater from the property's roof areas, enabling eco-friendly garden irrigation and outdoor use via an external tap, contributing to reduced water rates. Owners Comments:

“We have had 11 happy years in this lovely bungalow in its surrounding tree canopy full of bird song and squirrels playing through the trees. We have been blessed with good neighbours who are now friends indeed the whole village is a great place to live with its community centre with many activities bury st Edmunds supplies all our needs and the village post office and store is a bonus. The Rushbrook is a great place for a meal and only a short walk away. We are sorry we have to move and will miss the joys of living in a village. I hope those that come after us will be as lucky as we have been."
