Homeowner experience:
Corio House has been a wonderful first home for us. The development and area is a cool and calm, happy place to be. We loved being on the ground floor as we could enjoy perks such as having a Jacuzzi on our terrace and easy access from the back entrance. We need to up-size which is the only reason for the sale. Transport links are excellent and supermarkets and shops are all within convenient walking distance. The development is a true gem in a central and peaceful area, with friendly people and lots to explore locally.
