Maisonette With Huge Private Garden & A Garage!
Owners Comments...
Purchasing this flat was a significant milestone for us—it marked our first step into homeownership. Throughout the years, it has been more than just a living space!
The convenience of living here cannot be overstated. The flat is a short walk from Maidenhead station, making it incredibly easy for daily commutes to London or casual trips into town. This proximity has been a significant asset for our work-life balance and social activities.
The size of the flat and its views are truly exceptional. Large windows not only flood the rooms with natural light but also provide great views that enhance the feeling of spaciousness. This creates a serene and open atmosphere. The garden space has been our private sanctuary. Perfect for relaxation, gardening, and social gatherings, this outdoor area has significantly enriched our quality of life which is not common in many maisonettes in Maidenhead! Adding to the convenience, the flat comes with a driveway, dedicated parking and a garage. This feature has alleviated the typical stresses associated with parking in a busy area, providing both security and ease of access and personal storage.
The location of the flat is part of a busy community with lots of people around. For the past few years, we have rented out the flat. It has been well-maintained and loved by tenants, demonstrating its appeal and functionality as a rental property. This aspect could be particularly attractive if you’re considering an investment opportunity.
As our family continue to grow, we find ourselves needing more space, prompting us to move to a larger property. Selling this flat marks the end of an important chapter in our lives and the beginning of another. We hope to pass this wonderful home on to someone who will appreciate its benefits as much as we have. Whether as a first home or an investment, it offers comfort, convenience, and community—all within the heart of Maidenhead.

The owner really has summed up this place beautifully. I can say for certain that properties that tick so many boxes - driveway, garage, two double bedrooms, windows in the kitchen & bathroom, walking distance to town, a long lease... And to top it all off a private and sunny and lovely large garden! The location is awesome next to National Trust lane and, for good reason, these places tend not to hang around for too long!

For anyone looking to commute the centre of Maidenehad with both London Underground links courtesy of the Elizabeth "Lizzy" Line, but also main line route into Paddington in around 15-20 minutes. For more local route, Furze Platt station is round the corner as well as plenty of bus routes into town and the surrounding villages. The M4 junctions 8/9 are a few minutes away by car and the area is well connected to the neighbouring towns of Slough, Windsor & Bracknell. There's a plethora of countryside to explore in the surrounding villages and hamlets, as well as North Town Moor Nation Trust land opposite the property, an absolutely beautiful area of historic countryside to explore.
