The owners love….

When we first viewed this property many years ago we fell in love with the location and the tranquil feel throughout the house. We knew there and then this would make the perfect family home and all these years later we still enjoy all it has to offer.

Upon entering you are greeted with a welcoming hallway leading to our study to the front. We use this as an office/games room and love having this area separate from our living space.

We are perfectly situated with easy access to the M1, and a short drive to Harpenden with its high speed links to London within 30 minutes.
