When we bought the house nearly 30 years ago, we absolutely fell in love with the garden and it's been a real sanctuary for us over the years. The house itself is so spacious and the downstairs has been especially handy whether we've needed playrooms, offices, music rooms, TV rooms over the years as our family has grown. The neighbourhood has always felt very safe, and we have some lovely friendly and supportive neighbours we'll be sad to leave behind.

What a find this house is! Originally two cottages, it's been extended and remodeled over the decades resulting in an expansive detached house with plenty of reception rooms and the real piste resistance being the garden. It's well over 120ft in length and is totally private and gets the sun all day. Credit to the current owners, it's been beautifully landscaped and maintained including a lovely raised patio area off the kitchen just perfect for outside dining and entertaining. You've also got a garden room down the end of the garden perfect currently set up as an office, but it could make the perfect den, bar, gym... The list goes on! Accommodation-wise, there are four double bedrooms with an en-suite and tonnes of storage to the main bedroom and a big four piece family bathroom shared between the other three doubles. Downstairs has a lovely big entrance hall and three other reception rooms, including a big triple aspect 23ft living room with a bay window and working fireplace. The kitchen has room for a table and is flooded with natural light with bi-fold doors into the garden to one side, and a window overlooking the drive and open greenspaces beyond. There's a great flow to the house and plenty of scope for someone to come in and make this their home for the next 30+ years.

Hope Cottages is positioned along the Bracknell Road within Brock Hill, a small hamlet within Warfield, and around a 10-15 minute drive to the neighboring towns of Ascot, Windsor, Maidenhead & Bracknell. There's an abundance of countryside and local dog walking routes on the doorstep, and some great local pubs as well including Stirrups and The Winning Post that are within walking distance. Oaktree Garden Centre is just down the road and there's a lovely cafe there for a spot of brunch.
