Absolutely Stunning 3 Bed In A Great Spot!
Owners comments...
Our little cul de sac on Piggott Road has its own little community of lovely neighbours, and we feel really lucky to have lived here for almost six years! Our house is the perfect family home and we love the big living room and kitchen downstairs, which make the perfect space for family dinners or hosting friends. Our garden has its own microclimate as it’s south facing and seems to keep the sun trapped, so it’s always been a lovely little warm oasis for us with lots of different seating options, especially after we had it landscaped a few years ago. Upstairs from our back bedrooms you can catch the most beautiful orange and pink sunsets. Our son’s room has been used as an office and now a beautiful nursery, and our bedroom has handy fitted wardrobes providing lots of storage. As we both work from home occasionally we also converted half of our garage into a lovely spacious office space, with a sofa bed which can accommodate guests when needed too. It’s light and airy and we have loved having this extra room. We are looking for something with more land for my growing gardening obsession, and will be sad to leave this beautiful home.

This is a perfect home for first time buyers or young families, not only is the location great but this home is a brilliant layout. Upstairs offers three spacious bedrooms with the main bedroom further benefitting from fitted wardrobes and a big en-suite shower room. Both bathrooms have windows in, which isn't always a guarantee in semi-detached homes, and there's plenty of storage on the landing too.
The house is absolutely immaculate and we're sure you're going to love it as much as we (and the owners!) do.

Shinfield Meadows is a lovely location, it's very central to all your needs and wants... Literally, just a few minutes walk you will find the popular Langley Mead nature reserve, which is great for walks and you also have various play parks close by. Within a short walk or drive you have plenty of amenities including Dobbies Garden Centre which now has a small Waitrose, along with a great butchers and within Shinfield Village you have Co-Op a few popular pubs, a post office and Crumbs Cafe. There are main bus routes close by taking you into Reading or Wokingham towns and you are just a few minutes from Mereoak Park and Ride or junction 11 of the M4, not forgetting the new train link at Green Park Business Park, making it a really well connected location.
