Sellers Insight .....

''Cwmins is a truly magical place, we have loved living here, but it is now time for us to pass the joy and pleasure of caring for this land to others.

We moved to our beautiful home 12 years ago with the vision to create a space and place of peace and tranquillity, living gently on the land, growing our own organic food and planting woodland to bring back an abundance of wild life and provide us with free fuel for the biomass boiler we had installed on arrival.

12 years on, the land has transformed into a haven for birds, butterflies and bees, badgers, foxes, and rabbits. A heron visits the wild pond, once spotted flying along the stream through the trees to find sanctuary in the secluded boggy woodland, shared with nesting red kites and buzzards.

During the day you are immersed in the sound of the stream and birdsong, at night the silence is only interrupted by the call of owls across the stunning valley in which Cwmins sits.

Do come and have a look, you'll feel the magic as soon you wind your way down into the valley and step out of your car...''

Located between the two rural villages of Coed Y Bryn and Maesllyn. This property provides the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience. Local shops, schools and amenities are just a 15 minute drive away in the market town of Newcastle Emlyn, while the nearby Cardigan Bay coastline with it's array of beautiful beaches is just a 20 minute drive.
