We were privileged to secure this great plot during the planning phase for the Parks. We were attracted to the plot due to it being sited away from the main access routes, this was important from a privacy and traffic flow prospect. The property further benefits from being set back off the access road looking out onto a nice vacant green open space providing further privacy.
In addition to being a well laid out purpose built modern family home, our property benefits from having a generous size rear garden, plenty of off-road parking and garage you can fit a large suv in!
We are fortunate to have a great Parks community and we are surrounded by friendly, dependable neighbours too. Furthermore, the wider residents really care about the appearance of the surrounding area and the safety of our estate. The Parks has great transport links on our doorstep, and a short walk to train station and the redeveloped town centre which all of this makes it a great place to live.

If space is what you're after then look no further! The kitchen and living room both measure over 23'5" each and have a dual aspect looking over the impressive frontage and also into the garden. Thanks to the extra large windows throughout there's tonnes of light flowing through as well. All four bedrooms upstairs are comfortably double rooms, and you've got fitted wardrobes in three, and en-suite bathrooms to the two largest ones. Bedroom three even has a Juliet balcony. There's plenty of driveway parking, and there's a garage too. The rear garden is a lovely size, and you're so close to Lysander Park as well if you want even more space to tire the kids out!

The Parks development is just 10 years old and always popular thanks to its proximity to Bracknell Town Centre, which is under a mile away with walkways cutting you through to the station in around 15 minutes, as well as the abundance of green space that it's been built within. Just opposite the house, you've got Lysander Park that leads onto The Parks and plenty of other parks and greenspace in between. Bracknell Leisure Centre is only half a mile round the corner and there are plenty of well regarded schools close by as well. Bus routes are well connected within The Parks, and access to both M3 & M4 motorway networks is within a few minutes by car as well.
