Arborfield Green is such a fantastic place to live, it's a great blend of new homes and the existing community. There's plenty of green spaces with loads of choice for dog walks, ending up at either The Stables coffee shop or the Siren Tap Yard which are both doggy friendly spaces with a lovely welcoming atmosphere. The Siren has recently started hosting a local running club each week so there really is something for everyone.

Our house is perfectly placed closed to all the amenities but on a quiet street with great friendly neighbours. The play park is literally across the road and there is easy access via the lane to the Wetlands where you feel you're out in the countryside just a few hundred metres from the house.

The house has a brilliant layout at the back of a huge kitchen diner, with doors out to the garden where we spend most of our time. The garden has been landscaped for privacy and also as an entertaining space where we have enjoyed many nights using our pizza oven. The living room is cosy for TV watching and playing music in the evenings and we're really lucky to have a huge master bedroom and plenty of space for guests. We have fitted wardrobes in two of the rooms so there's plenty of storage as well as a really roomy garage and utility. It really is the perfect house.

There's so much to love about this house - first and foremost the decor is absolutely exquisite throughout, credit to the current owners, they've got excellent taste and there is absolutely nothing to do other than unpack your bags when you move in. You're well connected from here too with easy access out to the A33 and M3 or close by you have junction 11 of the M4. Another big reason this location is popular is the amount of green space you have close by, including California Country Park just round the corner, and the great schools, including the new Bohunt school just a short walk away from this house.
