Why the owner loves the property:
I have enjoyed living in Shabbington for 37 years and will leave some happy memories behind. Number 18 Dukes Close ticked all the boxes when I bought it in 1987. It was affordable and had all the features I wanted then. The property has been extended to provide more living room which works really well and still leaves good outdoor space at the front and rear of the home. I enjoy the different outside areas, all of which catch the sun at different hours of the day. Being so close to open countryside in a quiet close gives peace and quiet and a good variety of accessible country walks. City life (if you want it) is not far away in Thame, Oxford or London. Shabbington is an active village with a friendly population and community spirit with a variety of events taking place throughout the year.
