I am struggling to make contact with anyone at the seller’s solicitors on the purchase but have spoken to the seller, who advised her solicitors has told her she already sent the replies to enquires back to yourselves and also asked the question on if you will be raising anymore? She has not heard back apparently.

Please can someone look into this for me? The buyer at the bottom is patiently waiting and I do not want her to pull out, your client on the other hand is becoming really agitated. Please can a call be put out the onward purchase solicitors to try and get to the bottom on if you are or aren’t awaiting replies so we can move this matter along?
