This deceptively spacious period terrace house sits in one of Torquay’s most desirable locations. The accommodation affords traditional two double bedrooms design with sitting room and separate dining room that could be utilised as a versatile ground floor third bedroom. Whilst the property would now benefit from a degree of upgrading and improvement it offers great potential for any new owner to inject their own taste and style into their new home.

Comprehensive amenities and leisure activities are afforded close at hand, with the nearby picturesque Babbacombe Downs boasting an array of cafe's, restaurants, and bars, Babbacombe Theatre, and the renowned Cliff Railway linking Oddicombe Beach below. The popular Cary Parks locally provide dog exercise spaces, designated children's play area, tennis and bowls clubs, whilst a wide selection of shops, Brunel Medical Centre, and Churches are all within comfortable walking distance. The house provides a lifestyle as much as a beautiful home.

Owner Insight

“Our mother has lived happily in this home for 18 years, moving here for the convenience of the facilities of St Marychurch, with the larger town centre of Torquay being only a short bus ride away too. It is a lovely short walk from the house to the nearby scenic Babbacombe Downs and local beaches, all of which have been enjoyed by her family during her time here.

Her home has always been welcoming and had plenty of room and space available for visiting family. However, mum has now decided that the time is right to move closer to her family as her needs change later in life. We are all sad to see the property go but sure it will be just as loved and enjoyed by new owners.”
