Why the owner loves the property:
I bought this house 28 years ago at a difficult time for me. I was a single parent with 2 very young girls. It was the first house I looked at and immediately knew it would be the perfect home to bring up my children. I never regretted my decision. We are close to schools, the road is very quiet and we have had some great neighbours. In the last 14 years I have made numerous improvements so much so that my girls say it's not the same house anymore. I will miss my garden, cabin and kitchen so much, and especially the air conditioning in the bedroom. In the record breaking temperatures a few years ago it was the best! I am only reluctantly leaving Bicester to be closer to my girls, one is teaching in Manchester and the other is policing in Edinburgh.
