When we first viewed this house we knew it had everything we could ask for great village community, good location beautiful outlook and ample space – years on we are proud to call this our home.

Upon entering you are greeted with a welcome hallway leading through to the modern well equipped kitchen with views over the quaint frontage and natural light flowing through. We have plenty of storage space and built in appliances making this the perfect space to prepare our family meals.

Leading down the hall is our lounge/diner a spacious room for hosting friends and family and relaxation. We have space for our dining table and sofa all cosy to sit and watch a good series.

Outside is our private enclosed rear garden south west facing - it is a good size and very easy to maintain as we have astro turf staying beautifully green all year round with very little maintenance. We love the flow from the lounge to the outdoors especially when friends or family come to visit.

Upstairs you will find our master bedroom with built in storage. We have a good size second bedroom we use as our home office but it is ample for a second bedroom with a double bed. We have a contemporary family bathroom.

Associated with the house is our single garage with ample off street parking.

Cranfield is a village which has an array of amenities to include pubs, coffee shop, barbers, supermarket as well as doctors & dentist – we have good local schools and various parks. We are fortunate enough to be a short drive from Milton Keynes offering shopping, various restaurants, bars and eateries as well as attractions such as go karting & mini golf. There is so much on your doorstep to explore & enjoy as well as great commuter links via the train/public transport.

We will miss our loving home and friendly neighbourhood but the time has come for pastures new.
