Guide price £425,000 - £450,000

Propertyworld is delighted to present this spacious, ground floor, two bedroom, two reception maisonette with a large private garden in sought after Beckett Walk, Beckenham. The property is offered with a share of the freehold, vacant possession and no onward chain.

The property has a bright, airy feel with large double glazed windows that flood the property in natural light. The accommodation is spacious and neutrally decorated. The property has a mix of laminated wooden flooring, tiles or carpets, but the original wooden parquet flooring is still in place, and can easily be restored.

The property boasts two reception rooms, that are open, and which afford fabulous views of the generously proportioned garden to the side. This can be accessed by patio doors. The kitchen is separate, but off the dining room, and comes with a fully fitted kitchen, with wooden units, integrated oven and hob and plenty of work surface for cooking preparation. The open plan layout makes for a versatile, sociable space to entertain and relax. Both the bedrooms are good size doubles, and each comes with built in storage. The bathroom has a three piece white suite, tiled flooring and partly tiled walls.

This property has the benefit of both a front and side garden which back on to allotments, providing a tranquil backdrop. It’s a lovely space, with lots of room to enjoy with family and friends.

Beckett Walk is a highly desirable location; it’s a quiet, friendly cul-de-sac, within easy walking distance of several train stations including New Beckenham and Penge East. You can easily walk into Beckenham, Penge or Sydenham giving you a wide range of dining and drinking options, as well as a plenty of shops, from independent retailers to large supermarkets.

This is a super property, just waiting for someone to put their own personal stamp on it. Call Propertyworld to find out more.

This has been a much loved home for several decades. The neighbours are friendly and the close has a wonderful atmosphere. As this is a corner plot, there is a much larger garden both to the side as well as the front. I hope the new owners love the property as much as I have.
