Rare and unusual opportunity to acquire a derelict detached property in need of rebuilding or replacement (subject to planning) that sits in circa 0.83 acre, on the rural edge of Tarvin village

Comment From Robert Reed Of Gascoigne Halman

This is a one off listing with both a bittersweet backstory and a hugely exciting future.

This detached property has been in the same family ownership for many years but has sadly suffered significant fire damage in recent times. As a result it now needs rebuilding or replacing entirely with the eventual purchaser encouraged to seek relevant consents from the local planning authority.

The future potential is though enormous with a stunning plot of circa 0.83 acre, excellent views and a really good location on the rural edge of Tarvin, leading to Stapleford. When all development works are complete, this could be a fabulous house in an excellent setting.

Please note due to the derelict nature of the site, this is a site that should be inspected with particular care as there are many obvious hazards and would not under any circumstances be suitable for children.

Priced competitively and being a one of a kind opportunity, this is something very special. Offers are asked to be submitted in writing to myself by Midday on Friday 4th October 2024.

For a personal description of the property or to arrange a viewing, please contact myself or the Gascoigne Halman Tarporley office.
