Attractive tiered gardens are set to the rear of the property with decked terrace, lawn and patios.

Great Hill is enviably located on the fringe of Torquay making easy access both in and out of the town. Local shops at Barton Hill Road as a matter of minutes away, with more comprehensive amenities found nearby at the Willows, home to a host of national stores including M&S, Sainsbury's, Boots and Next.

Owners Insight

“We have lived in Overdale Close, for 25 years, and can honestly say it is the best house in which we have ever lived. We are in many ways reluctant to leave, however we do need to move on and downsize, due to reaching our older years.

We were taken with the place, immediately, when we saw the views from the rear of the property, in particular from the lounge/dining room windows, and the garden level bedrooms. It has provided everything we have wanted for our growing families, and the many times they have visited, with their children.

We will be extremely sad to leave and despite our need to manage a smaller property, we will greatly miss all the benefits of this large house and surrounding gardens.”
