What its got
This is a wonderful, character apartment sat within walking distance from Westbourne. Situated in a conversion of just 4 apartments, with parking and a private garden this is not to be missed.
Covering the entire first floor, you enter via the private entrance, you have space for coats and shoes in the stairwell leading up to the apartment. The hallway is a real character feature of this home with high ceilings and plenty of light flowing in from all rooms. The kitchen/dining room is generous with a lovely feature bay window which currently houses the owners dining table and chairs, with a leafy outlook this is a wonderful space. The kitchen has plenty of storage throughout with a space for kitchen island.
The lounge also benefits a feature bay window, the current owners also added a period fireplace which creates a cosy room.
There are 2 double bedrooms and a good size single bedroom, the family bathroom benefits a modern 4 -piece suite.
Externally, there is a private garden ideal for entertaining or simply relaxing in the warm weather. With space for storage and a seating area this is a real benefit to this apartment. There is also driveway parking for 1 vehicle.
What the owner says
“We have thoroughly enjoyed living in the apartment for the past 5 years. It has the charm of a period property with 10ft high ceilings, feature fireplaces and large rooms whilst having all the mod cons like the wine chiller in the kitchen. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen as a family as its a great space for family means but also for entertaining. The privacy in the apartment is excellent and one of the reasons we purchased it. We all love the sun so the garden has been a great benefit for us. Since getting a dog in October last year we have realised just how great a location the apartment is in. Its only 20 minutes through the gardens into Bournemouth town centre but also only a 20 minute walk through the chine to the beach so it really is the best of both worlds. We will be sad to leave here as it really does have it all but its time for someone else to make memories here.”
Where it is
Located in a highly sought-after area, this property offers excellent access to local amenities, including shops, cafes, and transportation links. With its prime location and desirable features, this flat is an exceptional investment opportunity for discerning buyers seeking both style and substance.
