Owners thoughts:

What do you love about your home?
I spent an incredible 10 years here during my 30s. From the moment I saw the property, I was captivated by the high ceilings, which make the space feel so much bigger and more open. The layout maximizes every inch, and the open-plan design of the main room creates clear, distinct areas for the kitchen, dining, and lounge, making it perfect for hosting friends. The wooden flooring in the main living area is also a standout feature. The bedroom offers plenty of storage and is very spacious. About five years ago, I updated the bathroom to give it a more modern feel and installed a new boiler at the same time. Recently, we acquired the freehold, giving us more control over the management of the building, and we've since switched managing agents.

Why are you selling?
I had originally planned to sell a few years back, but the timing wasn't right. Since then, i've bought another property in a different area, and now it's time to free up some equity. While I would have loved to keep this flat, it's time for someone else to enjoy it.

What do you love about the area?
Even though I moved out of the area 4.5 years ago, it still holds a special place in my heart. The local gastro pubs are fantastic, and the location offers easy access to Angel, the City, Dalston, Hackney, London Fields, and more. Kingsland High Road is a vibrant, diverse area with plenty of trendy bars and restaurants. Newington Green is charming and offers great pubs and dining options, all just a 7-minute walk from the flat. Clissold Park is also nearby and provides a wonderful green space. This flat is incredibly well-connected, and I hope the next owner enjoys their time here as much as I did!
