Brickworks Says
Every detail of this property has been carefully considered. From the decorative to the functional, nothing has been overlooked; all elements are in harmony and the finish is meticulous. It is a very special home indeed.
Part of a quintessential redbrick mansion block, which we value for its timeless appeal and generous proportions, every inch of space has been maximised. And while the makeover has been comprehensive and unashamedly luxurious, it remains understated. There are too many highlights to mention them all here, but we particularly love the chic kitchen in racing green and the wallpaper in the bedroom, which brings visual interest and texture.
Every update has paid respect to the building's historical roots but with a contemporary sensibility. Upgraded sash windows are striking in black, and the brass fittings of the refurbished bathroom fit right into the surroundings. And it's not just skin deep. Practical considerations haven't been overlooked, including roomy hallway and bedroom cupboards to keep clutter at bay.
Eagle Mansions is smack bang in the middle of Stoke Newington and Dalston, where North and East London meet. A stone's throw from the cultural hub Evolutionary Arts Hackney, plus an array of tasty destinations and late-night venues to tempt you into a good time. And when you want to take some time out to recharge, you have a choice of nearby green spaces, including Clissold Park, Hackney Downs and London Fields.
The Owners Say
We have loved everything about this flat, but particularly the location. Having a young child has meant it’s been invaluable to us to have such a variety of parks and spaces within relatively short walking distance - Hackney Downs, Clissold Park, Newington Green, and slightly further afield, Highbury and London Fields.
As relatively new parents, we don’t sample much of the local nightlife anymore! But we still love and enjoy having so many excellent pubs and restaurants on our doorstep. It makes it super-easy to have time off on the rare occasion we manage to venture out. There is so much variety and choice; there really is something for everyone.

Getting around:
Enjoy being exceedingly well connected, with just a hop, skip and a jump to Dalston Kingsland or Junction, where the Overground network opens up the capital to explore. And for those who prefer two wheels, the cycle superhighway is almost at the end of the road, with a fast route into central.
Onward plans:
Relocating outside London and actively looking.
Anything else:
Located just off Stoke Newington Road, you might worry about noise, but there are no such worries. Thanks to the fact you are located on the second floor and overlooking a no-through road, it ́s surprisingly quiet and secluded. This sense of calm has only been enhanced by refurbishing the original sash windows, including fitting double-glazing.
