The plot is in North Norfolk approximately 6 miles from the Market Town of Aylsham and similar distance from the coast. Norwich is approximately 13 miles to the south.

Please note that the successful purchaser of Meadow Farm (Lot 14) will be offered the option to purchase The Paddock. If Meadow Farm does not sell, The Paddock will not be offered at our auction.
