Big Sunny Garden In A Lovely Location!

I moved into Crofton Close as a new build 40 years ago in view of starting a family, and my two children had a very happy childhood here, but they are now grown and have families of their own so it’s time for me to downsize. Crofton is a lovely place to live, with friendly neighbours which was a blessing, especially during lockdown, when we all helped one another out in various ways. It’s also handy for shops, outdoor life and good road and railway links. Also, some good schools close by within easy walking distance. I will leave here with very fond memories, and realise it’s the sensible thing to do, leaving my home for someone else to enjoy and love as much as I have.

Simply put, this is a great house in a lovely location. There are three really good sized bedrooms and a modern bathroom (with a window!) upstairs to start with, and downstairs has a front-to-back living/dining room with a contemporary kitchen also at the back overlooking the garden. The garden is a great size and west facing so gets the sun all day long. You've also got a double width driveway and a garage which you're not always guaranteed in Bracknell!

Crofton Close is one of the best locations locally as it's convenient for everything - Savernake Park is a 5 minute walk away and Swinley Forest 5 minutes away in the car. If you're commuting then you can walk to Martins Heron as it's just over half a mile away, and access to both the M3 & M4 is easy from here as well. There's local shops and take aways just round the corner for your daily essentials and there's at least 3 supermarket superstores within a 5 minute drive as well.
