We have lived in the flat since the development were built in 2020. The four years, as our first owned property, have been hugely enjoyable. From having the convenience of the Nisa shop a lift ride away downstairs, to having the choice of a 5 minute bus ride to White Hart Lane or Wood Green Stations, life's amenities are never far away . The stations locations are super easy to get to and from central London within 30 to 45 minutes depending on final destination. The Gym at 'New River', a five minute walk away, is also a convenient location to fit around the day to day schedule.

The flats are well insolated, the triple glazed windows prevent the traffic and outside noise. This coupled with the air purification system, preventing the traffic fumes leads to a self contained quite bubble. Our neighbours in the block and adjacent to our flat are polite and friendly. 23 and 25, our direct neighbours in particular, are very pleasant and hardly noticeable.
