Classic purchase where the owner buys the property as a share of freehold with reduced notary fees. After delivery the owner can use his property as he wishes and/or can rent the property out via a local agency. (Only available to 30% of the properties), or Buying a fully managed property where the owner buys the property as a share of freehold with reduced notary fees. At the same time, he signs a management contract with the company Kokoon, a manager from the hotel industry, which allows him to be accompanied in the management of his property.
