The castle dates back to the 1300s and is located near Impruneta, not far from the town yet secluded, and on top of a hill with splendid 360° views of the Chianti landscape. It has been owned by the same family since 1700.
The property measures approximately 3300 sq m, consisting of the residential villa/castle with frescoed rooms (approximately 1000 sq m) and a small consecrated and richly decorated private chapel. The main buildings are in need of significant modernisation.
